Chairman: Dr Arujuna Sivananthan (Aru)
Aru is an entrepreneur in the care business and is a director of several family owned businesses. Previously he was a Credit Derivatives and Bond trader working in some of the large global investment banks. He was a Director at both Barclays Capital and Societe Generale, where he was Head of High Yield Trading. Prior to this he was a Vice-President at Dresdner Klienwort. He is active in local Conservative federation and has been an avid fundraiser for it.
His interest include flat racing and shooting. Also, he is a supporter of Surrey County Cricket Club and follows both cricket and rugby. As an immigrant he is grateful for every opportunity the United Kingdom has offered him and is firm believer in the Conservative principles of Individual Liberty & Civic Responsibility.

Deputy Chairman: Mr Fabion Emmanuel
Fabion Emmanuel is a businessman. Fabion comes from a well-known Christian family in Mannar (Sri Lanka) that has made a name as committed to the wellbeing of the community especially in the areas of education, neighbourhood needs and family welfare. Fabion has lived in England for over 25 years and has been closely involved with the policies and activities of the Conservative Party.

Treasurer: Mr Karan Paul
Karan Paul is a Software Analyst working for Barts and the London NHS Trust for the last 22 years. Karan comes from a well-known Christian family in Mannar (Sri Lanka). Karan is married and living with his wife and two children in Ilford North. Karan is a grassroot activist.He works within the local community and at a national level to bring awareness to the community of conservative activities, work and values.
Secretary: Mrs. T. Ravikulan
Mrs. Thaksha Ravikulan is an Accountant by profession. Thaksha has previously worked for RBS Group and Solitaire Property Management Co. as a Project Accountant for over 8 years.
Thaksha took a career break in 2008 to spend time with her two boys. During these years she spent a lot of time volunteering for a range of social and community projects. Thaksha spent six years in Hong Kong due to her husband’s work and during that time she taught English as an extra activity in local Chinese schools. Her main interest at present is working with the special needs children at the schools and is currently studying to obtain qualifications to teach young children.
Co-ordinator: Hazel Weinburg
Hazel Weinberg is an experienced marketing and PR consultant. Hazel has worked with many well-known European companies on their commercial developments liaising with investment, local authority, community, retailers, charities etc. She has previously been a local authority councillor and deputy leader, specialising in social services and housing.
